Pricing

If you’ve been invoiced for a customer and they do not proceed to their first clean after reasonable contact attempts by the cleaner, that customer is credited on your next invoice. If they cancel before invoicing, no charge is applied.

FAQs

What counts as a “confirmed customer”?

A confirmed customer has an agreed price and frequency, and you are provided with full job details (name, address, postcode, phone number, price, and frequency). The cleaner is expected to contact the customer to arrange the first clean.

Do I have to sign a contract?

There are no long-term contracts. Simple terms apply to cover payments, credits, and outward-postcode exclusivity. We’ll send the terms by email and confirm everything in writing before we start.

What if the customer doesn’t go ahead?

If you’ve been invoiced for a customer and they don’t proceed to a first clean after reasonable contact attempts by the cleaner, the fee is credited on the next invoice. If they cancel before you’ve been invoiced, no charge is applied.

How does exclusivity work?

We work with one cleaner per outward postcode. Once you’re assigned an area, it stays yours unless you leave. Availability is limited.

What do I have to do each time a customer comes in?

You’re expected to contact the customer to confirm when you’ll attend for the first clean. After that, you run the customer as part of your normal round.
