We confirm the customer’s details in advance. You receive the job. You do the clean. Simple and repeatable.
You pay 2× the monthly value, once per confirmed customer. Invoiced weekly on Fridays for all customers confirmed since the last invoice.

To begin, we take a £100 deposit. This is credited back on your first invoice.
If you’ve been invoiced for a customer and they do not proceed to their first clean after reasonable contact attempts by the cleaner, that customer is credited on your next invoice. If they cancel before invoicing, no charge is applied.
A confirmed customer has an agreed price and frequency, and you are provided with full job details (name, address, postcode, phone number, price, and frequency). The cleaner is expected to contact the customer to arrange the first clean.
There are no long-term contracts. Simple terms apply to cover payments, credits, and outward-postcode exclusivity. We’ll send the terms by email and confirm everything in writing before we start.

We work with one cleaner per outward postcode. Once you’re assigned an area, it stays yours unless you leave. Availability is limited.
